OUR PARTNERS THE RUSSIAN END SELLERS AND REFINERIES:
We do our utmost to cooperate only with the genuine and reputable
Russian End Sellers and Refineries. For that purpose we did the strictly
and deeply due diligence.​

THE BUYER'S INTERMEDIARIES:
We need to notify the Buyers that it is completely beyond our capability
to control the Buyer's intermediaries, so, the Buyers shall be aware that
there is potential possibility that our Refinery's documents (CI, PPOP, TSA,
TSR etc.) or the Buyer's documents (ICPO, CP, Bank details etc.) are
misused by the Buyer's intermediaries. In this case we shall advise the
Buyer always to communicate actively and directly with us or with our
End Seller/Refinery.

MISUSED OF DOCUMENTS BELONGING TO OUR REFINERY PARTNERS (CI, PPOP, TSA & TSR ETC.) OR THE BUYER'S DOCUMENTS (ICPO, CP, BANK DETAILS ETC.) BY THE BUYER'S INTERMEDIARIES:
​ The issue as we described above ever badly happened to us. Luckily,
we could manage it properly by blocking the communication
coming from such Buyer's intermediaries to our Refinery and Tank
Farm.
